Just completed the THUMP Boxing Level 1 course where I have learned the following:

  • Correct Pad Holding technique & instruction
  • Correct Punching technique & instruction
  • Structuring effective Boxing Combinations
  • Interval Circuit Training Routines related to Boxing For Fitness
  • Safety & Injury Prevention related to Boxing For Fitness
