Got to love fitness. It has many benefits to your health, mental state and body, but one thing that I love the most is the way you feel after a training session.

Just after you catch your breath, hit the changing room and get ready to head back home, you get a burst of energy coming from inside.

Your mental stress becomes easier to deal with, negative thoughts doesn’t seems as bad as before and you look in a more positive way at them.

I seem to find solution to problems that didn’t look that way earlier.
My mind puts all negative things to the side and let me see the good things in life, that things that matter the most, otherwise blocked by dark clouds.

Life is beautiful, and your body deserves to feel it and live it.
