1. The people that love you will still love you just as much. Some people will be jealous though and make snide remarks because you’re doing what they struggle to do.
2. It won’t happen in a linear fashion. If you lost 5 lbs the first week and 3 lbs the next, don’t expect every week to happen like this. There will be times where you don’t lose any. Keep with the plan and if you’ve hit a plateau for longer than 2 weeks make some tweaks.
3. Maintaining weight loss is harder than losing it. Your old habits got you where you were. Your new ones got you where you are. The challenge is to keep your new habits and don’t let the old ones creep back in.
