As per last week overall result:

Last week weight: 74.2 Kg – so I put on 0.6kg (1.32 lbs)

Body Fat: 4.76Kg (10.5 lbs) loss
Body Mass: 5.37Kg ( 11.84 lbs) added

Great results so far.
I had to take the measurements twice just to make sure it’s right, but the picture says 1000’s words
