Diet Result 18th-02-2016
It’s been a tough 2 weeks, breaking diet, busy life & skipped a few training day, but tried to respect the diet as much as possible.
As I did the measurements today, I got a big surprise to see that I am still on the positive side of burning body fat and keeping as much mass as possible.
Weight: 74.1 Kg (163.36lbs)
Body Fat: 15.9%
11.78Kg (25.97lbs) Body Fat
62.32Kg (137.39lbs) Body Mass
As per last measurement (04-02-16) overall result:
Last weight: 74.2 Kg & 17.8% BF – so I lost on 0.1kg 0.22 lbs)
Final Result today:
Body Fat: 1.43Kg 3.15 lbs) loss
Body Mass: 0.33Kg ( 0.73 lbs) added
Things are still moving on the positive side, slowly but surely 😀 😀 😀
