On over hearing Louie with another Client he really seemed to know what he was talking about and so I decided to buy 10 sessions. I was astounded by what I learned during this sessions. His understanding of the human body, how everything works and what you should and should not eat and why is almost at a medical standard. I had a difficult time motivating myself to work out on my own or in the gym. Over the last year I realize that the older I get, the harder I have to work at trying to stay focus on the results! I have worked with Louie for more than three months and he knows how and when to encourage and when to push, tough never too much! The results are amazing! I have never felt stronger or healthier, ( thanks to the box sessions! 🙂  ). He’s easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and most important he makes each workout, fun! Louie also places a value on correct form with each exercise. I trained with Louie for several months. He called to my home which was very convenient time wise and he was extremely punctual. Training I found really enjoyable as it varied greatly as my fitness level increased. Training one on one gave me more determination & Louie focused on a personalised workout for my individual hang ups which was mixed with aerobic, cardio, boxing, weight training etc… which in my case prevented me from getting bored. I will definitely train with Louie in the future.
